I am a governance and business consultant, specialising primarily in the education sector. I can bring a wealth of experience to your organisation, having worked with trust boards, local governing bodies, executive leaders and headteachers to improve governance across a diverse range of educational settings (SATs, MATs, local authority and independent sector) spanning all phases from early years through primary and secondary to further education.

With particular experience and expertise in investigations and panel work, including complaints, admissions and pupil exclusions, I also support two local authorities as an Independent Panel Member, reviewing school admission and pupil exclusion appeals. I have been a governor myself at several settings, currently a further education college in the East of England.

I am based in West Suffolk, but regularly travel to support client schools and colleges in neighbouring authorities, including Essex, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and areas of Greater London. I also support Boards nationwide on a hybrid or fully remote basis.

I have a clear, enhanced DBS check, which is registered on the update service, and I hold comprehensive liability insurance.
